Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

Position Overview Seeking Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join the Multicare Yakima Memorial Hospital Team and cover our NICU. Responsibilities 13 Hour Shifts – Nights Level III NICU, census 8-12 patients Availability in blocks for ongoing per diem coverage partnership. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master’s degree Experience in a Level III NICU as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Active Washington license in good standing WA based NNP applicants preferred Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $65 - $87/hr based on years of experience. Per diem staff travel expenses covered: round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging for those who reside outside commutable distance. Paid sick leave: one hour for every 30 hours worked; accrual begins upon hire and may be used after 90 days, no cap, carryover up to 108 hours; no payment for unused sick leave upon termination.
