Auto Body Estimator

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and accurately assessing vehicle damage. Key Responsibilities Document and update every customer interaction efficiently and accurately. Inform and guide customers and insurance companies through the repair process, ensuring excellent service. Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics. Adhere to WOW Operating Way’s for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery. Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members. Maintain a positive, energetic greeting for customers in person and on the phone. Participate in daily "production walks" with the Management Team as required. Support team members and attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings. Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager. Maximize role performance to achieve store KPI’s. Qualifications Minimum of 1‑year experience as an estimator or in a related role. Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines. High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Compliance with DRP’s and ability to seek answers independently. Willingness to complete I‑CAR Training. Valid driver’s license. Compensation Estimated total compensation range $55,000–$78,000 per year, based on location and performance.
