Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live>50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Unit Details:Patient ratios: Days 1:5 and Nights 1:6.Surgical patients including total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general surgery; medical patients including CHF, CVA, SOB, and diabetic issues.RNs are not required to titrate drips.Nurse aides ratio 1:15.Uses CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow equipment.Telemetry is available; monitor tech reads strips and RN confirms.

Shift&Scheduling:Every other weekend.Every other holiday.Call or standby required, with LCD.

Floating Requirements:First to float.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
