They are also recipients of the prestigious 2010 Magnet Prize - one of only 8 Magnet-designated hospitals to ever receive The Magnet Prize, and the only one worldwide to receive the 2010 award.MD or DO degreeCompletion of an accredited Pediatrics residencyCompletion of an accredited Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics fellowshipBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Developmental-Behavioral PediatricsEligible for or currently holds a New Jersey medical licenseCommitment to compassionate, family-centered careStrong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skillsInterest in program development, education, and expanding access to developmental-behavioral careAs a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician, you will provide specialized developmental and behavioral care to children and adolescents while working closely with families, pediatricians, specialists, therapists, educators, and community partners.You will have the opportunity to:Evaluate and manage children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, learning and behavioral concerns, and other neurodevelopmental conditions within the scope of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics.Provide comprehensive developmental and behavioral assessments and individualized treatment recommendations.Build long-term relationships with children and families through ongoing developmental-behavioral management and follow-up.Guide families in navigating therapeutic services, educational supports, community resources, and other interventions.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that may include general pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, psychology, psychiatry, speech-language pathology, occupational and physical therapy, social work, and educators.Provide developmental consultation for children with feeding-related developmental or behavioral concerns while partnering with appropriate specialists when feeding or swallowing evaluations are indicated.Serve as a clinical resource for pediatricians and other healthcare professionals caring for children with developmental and behavioral needs.Educate and mentor residents, medical students, and other clinical trainees.Participate in quality improvement, research, education, and other initiatives based on your professional interests.Play an active role in the continued development and expansion of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatric services.Full timePosting Date: 2025-10-21
