Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Overview Senior Compensation Analyst, Midtown Manhattan office. Works 3 days on site. Reports to Manager, Compensation. Key Responsibilities Manage salary, bonus, and sales incentive plans. Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and market pricing of global positions. Lead annual merit, adjustment, promotion, and pay equity review processes. Analyze compensation data, develop reports, dashboards, and predictive analyses to support compensation strategy and workforce planning. Provide holistic recommendations on pay for new hires, promotions, and adjustments. Conduct equity analysis of roles and maintain role integrity in Workday. Analyze Dow Jones global pay practices and present trends and metrics. Manage accruals, eligibility, meaningful target amounts, metrics, and payout timing for Annual Incentive Plan and Long‑term Incentive Plans. Handle survey requirements and maintain data integrity within Workday. Collaborate with senior executives and cross‑functional HR teams. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of analytic experience; at least 2 years in corporate compensation. Strong data analytics and data integrity skills. Proficient with advanced Excel or Google Sheets; able to build dashboards. Experience with annual salary, bonus structures and sales incentive compensation plans. Experience evaluating market trends affecting compensation. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, FLSA, OFCCP, EEOC, and other agencies. Ability to tell a story using data and work independently. Experience with HRIS (Workday) and data management. Understanding of HR functions: Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Compensation lifecycle, etc. Must work onsite 3 days per week in Midtown Manhattan. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of US and international compensation.
