Shift: Hybrid | Permanent (1 day per week onsite)

Salary Range: LMSW: $70,000 – $75,000 (Based on experience) + Benefits
LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 (Based on experience) + Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a focus on children and adolescents to join our behavioral health team in the Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for children and adolescents
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Perform crisis assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care
• Track progress and communicate updates
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support overall pediatric behavioral health and wellness

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Master Social Worker license in New York (required)
• Experience working with children and adolescents (required)
• Spanish fluency required (English/Spanish bilingual)
• 1–2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services, preferably pediatric-focused
