About the Role
Construcolor USA, a specialty construction materials company, is hiring a Warehouse, Sales & Customer Service Coordinator/Representative for our distribution operation. This front-desk role blends warehouse administrative support with sales and customer service — checking in drivers, processing paperwork, keeping inventory records up to date, helping walk-in and phone customers with orders and product questions, and actively reaching out to build new business, not just responding to whoever walks in.
What You'll Do
Greet visitors — check in truck drivers, delivery couriers, and guests at the front desk.
Manage paperwork — process shipping documents, bills of lading (BOLs), and manifests.
Answer calls — handle phone inquiries and direct warehouse communications.
Support logistics — update inventory data and track shipments using a computer.
Assist customers — help walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and pricing.
Support sales — process sales transactions, follow up on quotes, and help grow repeat business with contractors and retail customers.
Prospect for new business — proactively reach out to contractors and potential customers by phone, email, or in person to generate new sales leads, not just handle walk-ins.
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills — comfortable with data entry software, spreadsheets, and email.
Strong customer service and sales skills — clear, professional communication with drivers, contractors, and retail customers.
Self-starter mindset — comfortable proactively reaching out to prospect for and pursue new customers, not just handling incoming requests.
Pay & Advancement
Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Positions at the higher end of this range typically involve heavier interaction with truck drivers, generating bills of lading (BOLs), and managing inventory software, and often call for one or more of the following:
Forklift experience
