You will ensure every collector gets a premium experience from the moment they submit their item to the day it arrives safely at their door. Serve as the primary, empathetic point of contact via phone and email. Give clear updates, explain the custom process, and handle questions with ownership and urgency. Keep the wheels turning by updating customer accounts, tracking invoices, and coordinating directly with the production and shipping teams to prevent delays. Help capture product photography and videos for social media. Assist with final presentation reviews to ensure the finished display looks flawless. Help pull finished orders, verify labels and addresses, hunt down order stragglers, and prep items so they arrive in perfect condition. What You Need to Succeed Communication & Engagement: You are articulate, professional, and genuinely enjoy talking to people. You know how to handle a high volume of emails and calls efficiently while keeping the vibe positive. Organization & Detail: Accuracy is everything.
