Proudly Made in America, our team works together every day in support of the country's lives and liberties.The RoleThe Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing the financial insight, analysis, and reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the company — including regular reporting to Zentech's private equity ownership group and lenders. This position requires a strong command of financial and technical accounting principles, sharp analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing and/or government contracting environment. Reporting to the Corporate Controller and frequently collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst helps ensure financial reporting meets GAAP standards as well as the performance, compliance, and reporting expectations of a private-equity-owned business.What You'll DoPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsPrepare monthly reporting packages, board presentations, and KPI dashboardsConduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisionsDevelop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plansMonitor working capital and support cash flow forecasting to help maintain lender covenant complianceSupport consolidation of financial results across multiple manufacturing sitesAssist with financial due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration support for acquisitionsPartner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational efficiency, and prepare materials for senior management and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred, MBA a plus5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or government contracting environmentExperience supporting a private-equity-owned or investor-backed company — including sponsor reporting, board packages, and covenant complianceStrong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, and variance analysisProficiency in financial modeling, multi-entity consolidations, and technical accounting researchAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of accuracy under deadline pressureZentech Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
