An excellent opportunity is available for a full-time Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join one of the state's largest multi-specialty, multi-site physician group practices. This role provides care for communities just south of Boston, MA, with convenient access to major highways and proximity to Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod. The practice is seeking a physician committed to high-quality, compassionate care within a team-oriented environment. Practice Info Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine practice Part of one of the state's largest multi-specialty, multi-site physician group practices Serves communities just south of Boston, MA Compensation Base salary $250,000 - $325,000 Opportunity to earn up to $600,000 w/RVU productivity based earnings after 2 years of base salary CME reimbursement up to $3,000 Benefits Full benefits package CME benefits include one week off Malpractice Insurance occurrence-based Shift & Schedule Minimal Call: Only 1-2 days per month Requirements Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid Massachusetts medical license or the ability to obtain one Excellent clinical and communication skills Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Open to 2026 Residents
