Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience 
• Strong communication and active listening skills 
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems 
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner 
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies 
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate 
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 
• Process orders, forms, and customer requests 
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction 

Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
