What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient information accurately using digital health systems
Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and follow-up care
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and hospital regulations
Respond effectively to urgent and emergent situations, including CPR and crisis management
Demonstrate leadership by effectively delegating and coordinating with team members

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current)
2+ years of ER or critical care nursing experience
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform heavy physical work and handle exposure to biological hazards

Preferred:

Certification in clinical specialty areas
