Project Manager/Estimator – Heavy Civil Join a proven heavy civil contractor in Arizona delivering large-scale projects in excavation, grading, paving, site concrete, and underground utilities. What You’ll Do: Lead projects from start to finish — scheduling, budgets, safety, and client relations. Prepare accurate estimates using HCSS and manage bids, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. What You Bring: 5+ years of project management & estimating in heavy civil. Strong knowledge of excavation, paving, utilities, and sitework. HCSS experience preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
