Position FULL-TIME CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (Video Teller) Location Greenbrier, Arkansas What We're Looking For Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least six months of stellar customer service experience in a business-related environment is preferred. Skills: Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and face‑to‑face), professional appearance, tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and excellent organizational skills. Bonus Points: Prior banking and sales experience (preferred but not required). Availability Full‑time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 6:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., and Saturdays between 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Preferably live within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch or be willing to relocate.
