Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffee beverages, and teas Mix and craft cocktails, mocktails, and other bar beverages to order Greet and engage guests, providing warm and attentive customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and coffee station Handle POS transactions, process payments, and manage cash accurately Monitor and restock inventory, communicating supply needs to management Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a barista or bartender, or in a similar food & beverage role preferred Knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, and specialty coffee techniques Familiarity with cocktail recipes, spirits, and responsible alcohol service Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Chris Baily
