Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in oncology to provide comprehensive patient care in a specialized healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate support and clinical excellence to oncology patients throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to oncology treatment needs.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments following strict safety protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and manage side effects or complications promptly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
  Qualifications:
• Hold current RN licensure with state requirement compliance.
• Demonstrate minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in oncology or related specialty.
• Possess certification in chemotherapy and IV therapy (or willingness to obtain).
• Exhibit strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
