Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ER Registered Nurses to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency center. This role involves managing a variety of urgent medical situations while adhering to strict clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute conditions.
Assess patient symptoms, perform triage, and prioritize care based on severity.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and travel regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid State or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
Minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC required; CPI preferred.
EPIC EHR experience strongly preferred.
Ability to provide 2 professional references within the last two years.
Willingness to float within hospital departments as needed.
