IHOP - Immediate Host Position

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Maintain professional relationships with team members and guests
Handle guest complaints and ensure quality service
Handle cash transactions accurately
Answer phones, take messages, and manage To Go/Delivery orders
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the restaurant

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Common sense reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
