Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services across various clinic locations in the Yakima Valley
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with bilingual medical assistant support
• Work with diverse patient populations in underserved communities
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with flexible scheduling options based on clinic needs
• Clinic hours vary by location with schedule to be determined
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner required
• Experience in community health and family medicine preferred
• Commitment to working with underserved patient populations essential
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
