As Assistant Manager, you'll be the operations leader of the restaurant, partnering directly with your General Manager to drive results across profitability, guest service, and team performance. What You'll Own

• Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
• Place and receive vendor orders and maintain restaurant asset records
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed
• Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance
• Direct efficient, on-standard product preparation and speed of service
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of P&L interpretation and its impact on profitability
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed
