Pathologist Physician

We are seeking a qualified Pathologist Physician to provide onsite pathology and laboratory services at a healthcare facility in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for candidates committed to delivering state-of-the-art care and adhering to nationally recognized standards established by the American Board of Pathology. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality pathology and laboratory services onsite. Evaluate and diagnose 10-12 patients per day. Utilize the CPRS EMR system with standard clinic note templates and Dragon Dictation. Comply with all infection control protocols, including COVID-19 precautions. Adhere to all facility guidelines, including training, credentialing, and privileging requirements. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Minimum contract duration of 1 year.

Requirements: Board Certification/Eligibility in Pathology (ABPath). Current Medical License (valid in any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth). Active BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pathology Physician. Ability to pass credentialing and privileging requirements. Compliance with all vaccination requirements, including: Tuberculosis testing (TST/IGRA). Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunity. Varicella immunity. Acellular Pertussis (Tdap) vaccination. Annual Influenza vaccine. COVID-19 vaccination or adherence to facility policies. Required Documentation: Updated Resume. Proof of Board Certification/Eligibility. Active state medical license.
