Obstetrician/Gynecologist Opportunity In Eastern Montana

You'll step into a 25-bed critical access hospital that feels more like a team than a facility. Your days will be a mix of hands-on care and strategic oversight:

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN servicesfrom routine exams and prenatal care to managing chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and minor injuries.
• Perform office-based procedures and selected lab testing, working within your scope and the tools available.
• Collaborate directly with a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, sharing the care and treatment of patients.
• Take low-volume call in a 1:2 rotation structuremeaning you're on call only every other period, and the volume is manageable.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care in the clinic, helping shape how care is delivered.

What You Bring:

• An MD or DO from an accredited programcompleted and ready to go.
• Board certification or eligibility (we'll support you if you're working toward it).
• An active Montana medical license (or the ability to get one quickly).
• At least two years of experience preferredyou've seen enough to know what works.
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of something smaller, where your voice actually matters.

The Schedule & Compensation:

• You'll work 10 days per monthideally consecutive, though we can't guarantee that every time.
• Compensation: $325,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.
• We'll provide a relocation/sign-on package and housing for the first six months to help you settle in.
