Financial Analyst

Our client is a private equity-backed organization in the healthcare industry and is looking to bring on a Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to expand their FP&A experience while partnering directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This role is fully on-site in Tempe, AZ, and is NOT OPEN FOR RELOCATION!

What You'll Do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization
• Prepare financial analyses, variance reporting, and KPI dashboards to drive business decisions
• Analyze operational and financial trends, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assist with monthly reporting packages and executive-level presentations
• Partner with business leaders across departments to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and ad hoc financial projects
• Support internal audit requests and ensure adherence to established controls and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 1+ year of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related analytical roles (must include budgeting and forecasting)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills required
• ERP or financial reporting system experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to interact with executives and senior leadership
• Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
