Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ppJob Summary/ppAs a Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving of products, while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the clubs standards and meets or exceeds member expectations. You will consistently uphold the 3-steps of service at every opportunity to enhance the member and guest experience./ppReporting Structure/pulliReports to the Director of Food Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets/li/ulpDay to Day/pulliDeliver high standards of service as outlined in the FB service training program./liliAssist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar./liliKnow members names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience./liliAccurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner./liliAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery./liliPrepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the start of each shift./liliConsistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing./liliEnsure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies./liliMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials that may not be on the menu./liliEnsure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control./liliPossess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club./liliSupport fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment.
