Registered Dietitian

We are looking to hire a full-time Registered Dietitian to join a dynamic team at Vitality Weight Loss, a leader in evidence-based expert weight loss and lifestyle management care. You will work as part of team that includes Doctors, PA/NPs, Dietitians, Mindset Coaches, Personal Trainers, and therapists to help patients achieve their health goals. You will work as an independent contractor and have the ability to set your own schedule. You will see a variety of patients and medical problems including diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, and binge eating disorders to name a few. The Dietitian will provide health coaching to patients who are either trying to lose weight or wanting to improve chronic medical problems through diet and lifestyle changes. Note: This is an independent contractor position For more information on our practice, please visit our website: Note: You must be licensed in the state of Texas for this position, even if you do not reside in TX Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday / No weekends Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional needs and dietary habits. Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify specific dietary requirements and restrictions. Provide health coaching to patients, guiding them in making informed food choices and lifestyle changes. Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes. Stay updated on current research and trends in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential is required. Strong knowledge of physiology and its relation to nutrition and health systems. Experience in weight loss management and dietary interventions for various aliments. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
