Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, identifying specific treatment needs.

• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to address each client's unique situations, challenges, and objectives.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring that sessions are constructive and engaging.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior LMFT, you will work with a diverse client base facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as relationship conflicts, communication breakdowns, family dynamics, trauma, and mental health disorders. Your expertise will guide them through their difficulties, enabling them to achieve meaningful change and sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
