Build a nationally recognized food brand with purpose, scale, and momentum. Ruiz Foods is looking for a strategic, analytical, and consumer-focused Sr. Associate Brand Manager to help drive growth for El Monterey, the #1 frozen Mexican food brand in the U.S.

What You'll Own and Support

• Execute elements of the brand marketing mix, including strategy, product, packaging, promotion, advertising, research, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze consumer, category, competitive, market, and financial data to uncover insights and recommend growth actions.
• Contribute to annual brand planning by turning long-term business priorities into practical, measurable initiatives.
• Support innovation and renovation workstreams, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong execution.
• Develop fact-based, data-driven selling stories that support customer conversations and position products as growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong ownership, organization, attention to detail, and limited supervision.
• Support P&L, net sales, margin, and budget management for the assigned business segment.

Ideal Background

• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, food, or beverage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights, recommendations, and brand performance narratives.
• Experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana or Nielsen.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, P&L drivers, and customer growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across internal teams and external agency partners.
• Strong project management, organization, execution, and attention to detail; Smartsheet experience is a plus.

Education

Required Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.

Experience

Preferred 4 years:

Marketing experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, food, or beverage
