Event Marketing Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event and Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of events while supporting marketing initiatives that enhance LONGi's brand presence in North America. This role requires expertise in event management, project coordination, and integrated marketing campaigns to deliver impactful and memorable experiences for clients and stakeholders. Event Management Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings. Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, travel arrangements, and on-site support. Develop detailed project timelines and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce event-related materials, such as signage, presentations, and promotional items. Analyze event performance, create post-event reports, and evaluate ROI to drive continuous improvement. Marketing Campaigns Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns aligned with LONGi's brand strategy and business objectives. Create promotional materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content, to amplify event engagement. Work with the digital marketing team to enhance online visibility for events and related initiatives. Collaborate with the PR team to expand media outreach for events and other brand activities. Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and marketing activities. Build and nurture strong relationships with industry associations and stakeholders. Manage sports sponsorships and other related partnerships to strengthen brand visibility. Cross-Team Coordination Liaise with sales, product, and technical teams to align event messaging with organizational objectives. Provide guidance and resources to internal teams for their participation in trade shows and speaking engagements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in event management and marketing, ideally in the renewable energy or technology industries. Proven experience managing large trade shows and channel marketing events Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
