Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and functional performance
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and the use of assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to maximize independence
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by the clinic)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
