Position Details:

Talent Sourcing And Attraction

• Proactively source diverse candidates using a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking).
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Employ creative sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, employee referrals, and networking events.

Screening And Candidate Assessment

• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
• Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and reference verifications.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy And Collaboration

• Collaborate with the advertising department to post job openings and recommend effective advertising strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline, and sourcing effectiveness to management.
• Promote and encourage the hiring of diverse candidates.

Compliance And Administration

• Document all candidate communications and recruitment activities accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Support various HR functions, including assisting with onboarding and contributing to talent strategy initiatives.
