Immediate openings for a 1st Shift warehouse opportunity in Jackson. This entry-level position involves picking, packing, sorting, bundling, and labeling magazine orders for shipment while ensuring order accuracy and maintaining quality standards.

Pick/Pack Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:30pm )

• Pick and pack magazine orders accurately on the tie line according to customer specifications and production schedules.
• Verify order quantities and product information to ensure accuracy before packaging and shipment. 
• Sort, bundle, label, and prepare magazines for distribution while maintaining quality standards. 
• Monitor workflow on the tie line to ensure efficient processing and timely completion of orders. 
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. 
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines. 
• Conduct quality checks to identify and correct packaging or order discrepancies. 
• Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Pick/Pack Qualifications:

• Entry-Level - Company will train
• Basic math skills with the ability to accurately count, sort, and verify quantities.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality standards.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
