Junior Personal Assistant - Coral Gables

Location: Coral Gables - 5 days/wk on-site Hours: They will work at the office 8:30-5pm although some days require longer days. This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing clerical tasks. Effective communication and organization skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Handle all personal appointments Manage complex personal and professional logistics Travel with principal (including Europe trips to help me care for the dogs, or principal's travels) Help organize travel with pilots Run personal errands for the principal Manage wardrobe and pack for trips for principal Qualifications Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Personal Assistance skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in diary management Proficient in clerical skills Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
