Job Title: Procurement Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Onsite/Remote Location: United States Annual Salary: $115,000–$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The successful candidate will help optimize procurement processes, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors. Manage purchasing contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements. Monitor supplier performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery schedules. Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to forecast purchasing needs. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing reports. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. At least two years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience. Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems. Ability to manage multiple suppliers, contracts, and deadlines. Compensation Annual salary of $115,000–$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
