Finisher Position Available

HiFyve is hiring Finishers for a manufacturing facility!

Salary and Shift Options:

2nd Shift: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM 11:00 PM $19.25/hr

3rd Shift: SundayThursday, 11:00 PM 7:00 AM $20/hr

Weekends as needed.

Location: Luxemburg, WI

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Grind plastic materials for recycling back into the production process.
• Mix raw materials to ensure proper color and material consistency.
• Work directly with Line Operators to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Operate a forklift to move finished pallets and materials.
• Support production operations by ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and production support as needed.
• Perform additional production and finishing duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work overtime based on production requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and production equipment.
• Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, and continuous production activity.
• Ability to safely handle finished products, raw materials, and recycled materials.
• Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
