A day in the field and shop

Start your morning in the shop assembling and wiring an industrial control panel straight from schematics. By midday, you’re installing that panel into heavy equipment, landing terminations, and validating safety circuits—E-stops, light curtains, safety relays, and interlocks. When a customer calls, you’re the one who heads on-site, running conduit, pulling and dressing wire, and methodically troubleshooting with a multimeter or megohmmeter until everything runs flawlessly. Throughout it all, you own safety and workmanship.

What you’ll do

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install panels on heavy industrial machinery; connect sensors, motors, safety interlocks, and emergency stops.
• Lay out and install conduit; perform wire pulling and secure, labeled terminations.
• Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems in the shop and at customer facilities.
• Maintain strict adherence to industrial safety practices and quality standards.

• Proficiency with hand tools and test gear (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset for heavy industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 50% Monday through Thursday every other week.
• We will also consider entry level candidates.

Why join

• Paid travel time plus 100% company-covered travel expenses.
• Company transportation provided from HQ to job sites.
