Responsibilities Proposed personnel shall possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies. They must demonstrate proficiency in developing and delivering training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development. Familiarity with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards is essential. Personnel must be skilled in creating and adapting hands‑on instructional content for technical users, including practical exercises that simulate real‑world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks. The individual must also be able to coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and ensure content is responsive to Government‑directed priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to facilitate documentation, post‑training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel. Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume) A Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field –OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction. Must demonstrate working knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, with practical exposure to ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, or other mission‑relevant tools. Active TS/SCI Clearance. Desired (Not Required) Experience supporting interagency collaboration, training program evaluation, or working with international or partner‑nation personnel.
