Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Quickly adapt to business rule changes when it happens. Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences. Data Entry experience in a fast-paced environment. Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease. Are excited by innovative technology. Are self-motivated and have strong will to grow within the company. Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule typing high volume of transactions daily. Can commit to 100% attendance for up to two- twelve weeks of paid training. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check. Must be able to successfully pass a Drug Test.
