Community Manager — Property, Leasing & Resident Experience

Gemstone Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee two manufactured home communities in Cincinnati. You will manage operations, profitability, resident relations, marketing, leasing and sales of homes, property upkeep, budgets, and HR tasks as needed. You will lead capital improvements, coordinate a lease-purchase program, and ensure high service levels and positive atmosphere to drive satisfaction and referrals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gemstone Communities
