Nurse Practitioner Qualifications: 1+years of Nurse Practitioner experience in an acute care environment. Masterof Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner. Active, unencumbered state NP license. Home Health, Palliative Care, or Hospice Experience preferred. Current driver's license and auto liability coverage. Detailed assessment skills in this role require recertification for Hospice patients. Interest in a community-based role that requires travel between patient visits. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number required. National Provider Identifier (NPI) Required.
