Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical floor team. This role involves providing care in various settings, including an outpatient treatment room, inpatient unit, observation services, and swing bed. No surgical responsibilities are required for this position.

Schedule

The RN will work a schedule of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across multiple care settings.
• Assist in outpatient treatments and inpatient care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Manage observation services and swing bed assignments effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
