Order Selector Location: Middletown, PA Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Schedule: 1st shifts available! Schedule details: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Tuesday - Saturday | 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM You bring the grit. We'll bring the good stuff. Benefits Solid weekly pay that shows up on time – no games Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage Optional 401(k) to help you plan ahead A team that's got your back and a path to move up Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred At least one year of electric pallet jack experience preferred, but not required Ability to operate electric pallet jacks, including end riders and center riders Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory processes, and order fulfillment practices preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to lift and move 10‑50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs with assistance when needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions Willingness to work overtime as needed Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures Job Duties Pick, pack, scan, label, wrap, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup Receive, unload, label, and store incoming inventory and warehouse stock Perform inventory control activities and maintain accuracy for audits and cycle counts Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues to management Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks Assist with equipment inspections and report maintenance needs as necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow quality standards, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations Organize shelves, pallet areas, and workstations to maximize efficiency and space utilization Support overall warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management Contribute to a culture of safety by following all safety policies and operating procedures at all times Staffmark is an equal‑opportunity employer.
