Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

Seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience for a remote role with court appearances in the LA area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare case strategies.
- Attend WCAB hearings in the Los Angeles area as required.
- Maintain a monthly billing requirement of approximately 220-230 hours.
- Collaborate with a skilled legal team to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Minimum of 2+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
- Active California Bar license and in good standing.
- Strong litigation skills with excellent communication and legal writing abilities.
- Experience handling cases for school districts is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely while managing court appearances in the LA area.
- Compensation based on experience and billable hours.
