Member Assist Cart Attendant

Member Assist Cart Attendant – Sam’s Club Base Pay Range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr Responsibilities Assist members with carts, load vehicles, and provide a positive first/last impression. Maintain a well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts available. Help members with purchases, answer questions, and facilitate speedy transactions. Keep the area clean, neat, and member‑ready; conduct safety sweeps; follow company policies for safety, merchandise handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Resolve member issues, notify members about pickup delays or product availability, and offer alternatives. Use cash registers, process payments, assist with various membership and payment types, and maintain cart availability. Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change. Qualifications Experience in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment. Excellent communication and multi‑tasking skills. Reliability – able to stand for long periods of time. Problem‑solving ability. Positive attitude, courteous with members.
