Hybrid Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney – Kansas City Foley & Mansfield is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our Kansas City litigation team. Ideal candidates will have experience and/or an interest in employment, construction defect, asbestos, or general liability litigation. Candidates must be self‑starters, able to multitask, possess strong communication skills, and work well in a team‑oriented environment. A current license to practice in Kansas or Missouri, with eligibility to waive into the other state, is required. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of in‑office work during the first several months, followed by flexibility for remote work.
