Network Engineer II

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Network Engineer II to join their team. As a Network Engineer II, you will be part of the Network Operations Department supporting the Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Network Engineer II Location: Eden Prairie, MN - HYBRID Pay Range: $55/hr to $57/hr on W2 What's the Job? Design, implement, and support a secure, scalable enterprise network environment Manage and optimize Cisco Catalyst switching and routing infrastructure Configure and troubleshoot Cisco FMC/FTD firewalls and Cisco ISE for network access and segmentation Participate in firewall policy management, system upgrades, and deployment of new technologies Maintain comprehensive network documentation and ensure compliance with security standards What's Needed? Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms (routers, switches, Catalyst Center) Proven expertise in firewall policy design, implementation, and troubleshooting Experience with Cisco FMC/FTD firewalls, including rulebase management and IPS/AMP Knowledge of Cisco ISE (802.1x, TACACS+, segmentation, posture) Working knowledge of Cisco SDWAN deployment and operations What's in it for me?
