Evaluate individual client needs within the scope of OTA responsibilities. Implement therapy services in alignment with the goals and care plans established by the supervisory Occupational Therapist. Continuously assess, monitor and provide feedback on treatment goals and progress to supervising OT. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client treatments and ongoing needs. Complete all treatment documentation at the time of service. Accurately record therapy treatment by clocking in/out through AlayaCare App. Terms of Employment Agreed upon clients’ services will start within 5 days of referral. Treatment time not to exceed the monthly number of hours authorized without permission. The visits missed are encouraged to be rescheduled within the same month. Co-treating with other therapy is allowed with prior approval. Documentation: All completed documentation is to be submitted via TherapySync. Requirements Must have your Kansas OTA License.
