The position will be responsible for ensuring that all general labor tasks are completed according to work order specifications and on-time per the manufacturing shop schedule.

Responsibilities - Duties - Standards of Performance

Quality Standards - Follow all quality standards per the drawing and/or supervisor instructions. Complete any required paperwork free from errors and in a timely manner. Accurately record time on timesheet per project. Quality of the checks during the process. Accuracy of recordkeeping on the project.

Safety Standards - Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery. Keep work area clean & organized so not to present a safety hazard. Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) per RELCO & OSHA standards. Quality of safety procedures followed during the fabrication process. Safety of work area and CNC machines.

Other Duties - Assist when needed to train new coworkers as directed from area supervisor. Work with other team members to maximize productivity & efficiency. All other duties as assigned

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. Personal protective equipment is required. This position is required to wear a respirator during certain processes and will be standing stationary for extended periods of time.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience working with equipment/hand tools etc. preferred
