Physical TherapistAgile offers a $10,000 Retention Bonus for this position!The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of our patients. You will design programs based on the patient's specific goals to get them back to work and life with dignity and confidence. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.Locations: This position is to cover our Santa Cruz & Watsonville clinics on a full-time basis.Schedule: Our clinics are open Monday through Friday, and we are open to Physical Therapists interested in either a 32- or 40-hour work week. Agile offers flexible scheduling options to support both schedules. For a 40-hour work week, available schedules may include: four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts or four 9-hour shifts plus one half day.Compensation: Starting compensation range is $105,000-$125,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a $10,000 annual SPIF incentive opportunity, paid quarterly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.ResponsibilitiesDelivering high-quality, patient-centered care through the evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs.Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions and physician collaboration or prescription.Educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.Maintain open communication with patients, case managers, referring physicians, and care teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through clear communication and active participation to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements.Ensure all treatment is provided under a valid prescription and in compliance with licensing and accrediting standards.Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements (e.g., HIPAA).Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students as assigned.Maintain professionalism and demonstrate respect in all interactions with patients, families, and team members.Maintain a safe and organized work environment; follow procedures for equipment use and maintenance.Assist in protecting facility assets and preventing waste or misuse.Support facility marketing or tours as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsGraduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive California PT license required (or license in progress)Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient successProficiency in MS Office and patient management softwareKnowledge of physical therapy office management systems and proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skillsOutpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply!BenefitsComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) plan with employer matchAnnual CME stipend with dedicated paid CME time offEmployer-paid medical malpractice insuranceQuarterly SPIF incentive opportunityPaid time off and company-paid holidaysExcellent work-life balance - no required nights, weekends, or holidaysCollaborative, fast-paced and dynamic work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and clinic performanceWhy You Should Join Our TeamAgile Occupational Medicine is a leading occupational medicine group with a network of 42 centers dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to businesses and their employees across California and Yuma, Arizona.
