Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Technical Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing and aerospace recruitment to identify, attract, and hire skilled manufacturing professionals and technical talent. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for CNC machining, machine setup and operation, quality inspection, grinding, maintenance, engineering support, and specialized technical positions within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

· Partner with hiring managers, production supervisors, manufacturing engineers, and HR to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.

· Develop effective recruiting strategies to fill high-volume, hard-to-fill, and specialized technical positions.

· Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support immediate openings and future workforce demands.

Manufacturing & Aerospace Recruiting

Recruit for a variety of skilled manufacturing and technical roles, including but not limited to:

· CNC Setup Machinists

· CNC Machine Operators and CNC Machinists

· CNC Lathe Operators and Turning Machinists

· CNC Programmers and Machining Technicians

· Quality Inspectors and Aerospace Inspectors

· CMM Inspectors and Quality Technicians

· Precision Grinders and Grinding Machine Operators

· Manufacturing Technicians and Mechanical Technicians

· Maintenance Technicians and Equipment Technicians

· FANUC Robotics Technicians, Robot Operators, and Automation Technicians

· Production Operators, Assembly Technicians, and other skilled manufacturing personnel

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

· Source qualified candidates through online job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, trade schools, technical colleges, apprenticeship programs, and industry-specific talent pools.

· Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical experience, employment history, qualifications, certifications, shift availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.

· Identify candidates with experience in aerospace, defense, precision machining, metal fabrication, and other regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments.

Required Qualifications:

· 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, aerospace, industrial production, precision machining, or skilled trades.

· Demonstrated experience recruiting for CNC machinists, CNC setup operators, machine operators, inspectors, grinders, technicians, or comparable technical positions.

· Familiarity with manufacturing terminology, machining processes, technical job requirements, and industrial work environments.

· Proven ability to source and engage qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

· Strong interviewing, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

· Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online job boards.

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize hiring needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to a positive candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing companies.

· Familiarity with FANUC CNC controls, FANUC robotics, robotic automation, and industrial automation talent.

· Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and manufacturing environments, including AS9100, ISO 9001, or other applicable quality systems.

· Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint interpretation, CMM inspection, micrometers, calipers, and precision measurement terminology.

· Experience recruiting for positions requiring technical certifications, machining apprenticeships, or specialized manufacturing skills.

· Experience supporting high-volume hourly hiring and multiple-shift manufacturing operations.
