Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care to promote positive outcomes; advocate for patients and ensure satisfaction; maintain accurate documentation; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance and professional growth; mentor fellow nurses; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree; valid RN license (single or multi-state); certifications in BLS, ACLS, and instructor certifications as applicable; commitment to ongoing professional development; strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
